You do not want to try this until more results in humans, or even lab mice, are reported. This is tri-acetylated resveratrol, which has AFIK has not been studied. di-acetylated resveratrol has been used, though not so much as resveratrol. (Acetyl groups in the 3 and 5 positions of the stilbene A ring.)

We, if you'd exercise a bit of due diligence and google around a bit you'd find virtually no reported research or information on the subject...  Oh, wait!  I just did that for ya....
