Every time I have this protein bar I feel 100% happier, think clearer, think harder, more logically. Everything is just better

The difference is between night and day ! I'm going to start researching each of them seperately but just curious on what others think ?

Also, I stopped drinking caffeine awhile ago ( Been drinking for years upon years). I've been 7 months free of it. I noticed in the "Contains less than 2%" section, green tea was listed. Now this quanity is too little to have any caffeine effects right? What would you think the caffeine content is ? 2-3mg ?

I'm thinking ts Niacin that is helping me out. I heard some positive things about it but never really confirmed it concretely.

Christian,
How long have you been taking the bars? Is the effect reproducible every time? What time of day do you take them (empty stomach, after food etc).

Some google-fu shows these might be Odwalla Original Super Protein Bars. Am I correct?

I don't have an explanation for you but i'm intrigued enough to give them a try as well. I can corroborate if I see the same effects.

ax84,

Don't go off of my experience. I am very different compared to the general population.

For example ALCAR, Piracetam, they did nothing for me.

Ashwaganda, Rhodiola, L-Carnitine, all had negative effects after a few days of using them.

Some days I'm extremely bright others I'm as dumb as a door knock.

So again, I'm not normal :)

Its the super protein.

My guess is that I am deficient in one of the nutrients and the bar contains that nurtient which inturn would make me normal.

The effects do not seem to dissipate.

I know that effects vary from person to person :). I've had similar reactions to Rhodiola, Ashwagandha.

In any case, I snack on breakfast bars from time to time and I'll give these a go. I used to buy boxes of Cliffs bars but got tired of the chalky taste.

Couple more questions,
1) How many a day do you taken and at what times? How soon after eating one do you feel the effects?
2) How long do you feel the effects last?

Ya its still good. I just had 2 bars right now and feel alot better than before.

Again I don't think it will help the average person . I think I was deficient in one of the ingredients....

I'm leaning towards Niacin

With just 25% of the daily dose? Then try to substitute it with B-complex vitamins.
Anyway, what's the name of the product?
