I see you a lot focused on glication (lysine, benfo, metformin, beta alanine) & cardio health (niacin, fish oil, D3, K)... you take both niacin & reservatrol isnt supposed niacin (trough niacinammide) to act on opposite direction to resveratrol ?!

How do you get Metformin in the US? I want to order but I see it's RX only.

Hey Mike,

One question, do you actually have diabetes or are you taking the Metformin for Anti Aging purposes only?
I'm considering Metformin my self, though I'm unsure wether it greatly influences Vitmain B12 and Testosterone levels.
Do you have any problems with side effects? I see you supplement B12 - that should be enough to counteract malabsobtion right?

Thanks!

Thanks for posting your update.

I have a few follow-up questions.

Do you dose Metformin SR only once daily?  What time of day?  Rx or 'on-line' purchase?
What is the dosing schedule of your C60 (30 mg total). Daily, weekly, once monthly?
I notice your supplement dosing varies quite a bit, from twice a week for some to daily for others.  How did you decide on that schedule?

With a ten pound loss in BW, while maintaining the same musculature, you must be ultra-lean (<5% bf).

Metformin I am currently taking in the morning before breakfast. I have concerns with the whole NAD+ cycle and timing of various supplements with that in mind, so I am most certainly open to changing that. I have script for it which is covered by insurance, so it only costs me $0.67 a month. Ideally though, I would like to double that dosage at least.

C60 in monthly at the moment.

My dosing schedule, yeah I realize it is a little odd. Part of it is the regulates how much of a supplement I take (D3 / NAC for example), part of it is to make sure I have a methyl donor 5 days a week without loading up too much on any one something, part of it is to reduce interactions between a couple of things (though some of that is speculative), and part of it simply is my desire to give myself a break from most supplements over the weekend.

Up until my recent bicep injury, I was getting really lean. I stopped trying to gain max strength and was just adding reps and sets to my normal load. Between that, training for a road race, and all the extra surfing I was doing I had the gladiator look going on. Amazing how quickly it goes away though when you sustain an injury, heh.
