Hey guys. I take a limited amount of dietary supplements as I try to incorporate as much as I can in my diet :)

I usually awake and have about 32 ounces of water before brushing my teeth, yoga and showering (followed by breakfast). Pre-breakfast I take bacopa and with breakfast I usually have my Nature's Way Alive Multi-Vitamin, resveratrol, omega-3s (1,000 mgs 650 EPA, 350 DHA), and Choline.

I also take a Nature's Way Primadopholous (Probiotic) sometime during the day and usually Nature's Way Wellness Formula (echinacea and a ton of other stuff in it) in the PM (trying to space out my mutli-vits with the stuff in the wellness formula)

my question is, is there anything else that would be good for the stack brain wise? I do realize this isn't the proper forum but my next question is more of immediate concern, so to speak

and b. I have a 180 capsule bottle of the wellness formula and 60 pill bottle of the mutli-vits. I know with echinacea you should take a break for a little bit every month or so. I was wondering your thoughts on that and on a hiatus from the multi-vitamins as well..Thanks in advance!

Do you mean Source Naturals Wellness Formula? If anything needs cycling, I'd think it would be this. Multivitamins usually don't need to be cycled. Nature's Way Alive is short on K, D, and Magnesium, and has no K2 at all I'd try and get those separately. You might get enough Mg from diet if you eat a lot of greens. K2 and D are a little harder to get.

yeah I eat mostly raw vegan so I eat PLENTY of greens...and no I mean't http://www.vitacost....nity-90-Tablets Nature's Way Systemwell IDK why I said Wellness Formula (I think I originally wanted a wellness formula and my girlfriend at the time recommended that one, she managed a health food store).

I suppose it needs cycling because of the echinacea?

so, bacopa, choline, etc are all fine? in terms of cycling it, what would you say the times on/off would be 45-60 days on 2-4 weeks off?

A big jar of non-GMO Lecithin goes for about $20 and lasts a good while.
Tastes like cheese too, at least i think it does.
Your brain is half Lecithin.
In fact, if i'm not mistaken, Lecithin should be the 2nd most common ingredient in the human body after water.
Pretty important imo.
