any review for swanson melatonin ? does it work ?  compared with other brands ?

I have some of the 3mg size and take 1/2 of it and off I go.....zzzzzzz. Works fine for me. One thing I notice with sleep is I need something in my stomach. If I'm hungry, it keeps me awake.
