How did you feel what you took it (on which dosage)? What would you say are its effects? Any good synergistic combos (and if so, how did they potentate X effect)?

This type of Mag improve working memory more than anything i ever tried ,except sometime Piracetam ,synergistic very great with racetam for verbal fluency .
Dosage 500mg a day.

Piracetam mostly give me over-stimulation ,magnesium or alcohol bring good effect of Piracetam back , instead of sleepy feeling ,great Noot ,but might not effective as others form of Magnesium like SicienceGuy has mentioned .

Mg threonate gave me a boost the first time I took it (this was LEF's powder, which has other things in it), but after a while the effect seemed to lessen, and eventually I couldn't tell the difference between mg threonate and mg ascorbate. They still give a boost, but it's not as dramatic.

They point of taking MgT is because it crosses the blood brain barrier "much better" unlike other Mg sources. I myself didn't notice much though.
