Hey guys, just wondering If I took:

Phosphatidylcholine
Choline Bitartrate & Inositol
Triple stregnth lecithin
B5 and Pantethine
B Complex

If that would raise Acetylcholine levels substantially in comparison to cdp or alpha gpc?

If you're going to be buying all that, CDP or alpha GPC might be more cost effective... But it will (likely) work. Also keep in mind CDP and Alpha GPC are often used for some of the unique characteristics they hold over the more common choline, but they aren't necessarily worth the price for simply raising acetylcholine levels.

I would reccomend:
Acetyl-L-Carnitine for donation of the acetyl group/acetic acid in the process of forming acetylcholine.
Vitamin B5 for production of CoA, which is important in acetylcholine production.
Pure phosphatidylcholine is IDEAL. Capsulated lecithin would be okay. Choline bitartrate would be okay. If you must, use lecithin, but it'd be the least preferred in my opinion.
B complex wouldn't hurt. I'm not too familiar with the actions of most b vitamins.

I'm honestly not familiar with any relation between inositol acetylcholine levels, I just know it is popular as it and choline provide simular functions in cell membranes. But it very well may have a relation that I am just unaware of. If you could share it, I'd appreciate it.

If you want to you can look into acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, but I, personally, don't like playing around too much with enzyme levels/action. I, to some degree, believe my body won't decide to overdo acetylcholine production and decide to give me seizures just because I had too much choline in my meal. On the other hand, if I happen to inhibit too many enzymes that would normally be breaking down acetylcholine... well, here comes seizures!

Honestly Phosphatidylcholine would be alot better then CDP Choline and Alpha GPC!
You'll just have to take quite alot. Usual serving sizes will give you 55mg free choline. To reach the RDA through supplements alone you'll need to take at least 10 caps if you are male. Other choline supps bear cardiovascular risks. Phosphatidylcholine does not appear to put you at this risk.
B5 and ALCAR are good recommendations. You may get enough B5 through diet though.
