Hello all,

I have been recently interested in taking low-dose (1mg) lituim and I see that most people on this board  are taking this as lithium orotate; however, I have been reading about orotic acids potential to promote liver carcinogenisis and was wondering what peoples take on this was? A pretty good analysis was conducted by the European Food Safety Commission. Here is the link. From the looks of things, I feel like it may be worth steering clear of this but then the only available form of lithium is lithium aspartate which I have read may potentially act as an excitotoxin. What are peoples thoughts on this?
