I am starting my new workout so I have a few questions.
I would want to be calm and centred while dealing with high explosive training. I would also want to go in to fight mode. The only thing that comes in to mind is Norepinephrine. I know that carbs and small meals have a terrible effect on me with heightened anxiety and adrenaline (epinephrine) levels if I don´t keep re-feeding myself on a hourly basis. So I have been eating less carbs, it has helped somewhat but still I need to get pumped at a certain time.
Are there any foods that could help me out on this?
