How can I know if my acetylcholine is too high or too low??

I´ve been reading different articles and the symptoms seem to be very similar. Any difference in the symptoms??

One megadose of choline (for example 2.500 mg of Alpha GPC) could cause any problem?? Excess of choline is harmful??

Do you take with Piracetam ?

The few times I took Alpha GPC I also took Piracetam.

Hi dasheenster.

When I looked in internet for the symptoms of high acetylcholine I also find that page. The problem is that symptoms of low acetylcholine and high acetylcholine are very similar. Take a look:

As you can see there are similar symptoms so it´s really diffcult (according to this web pages) to know if my acetylcholine levels are high or low.

Any idea?? Also, take one time a megadose of 2.500 mg. of Alpha GPC it´s harmful (I took one year ago this quantity with piracetam as "attack dosage". No consecuences positive or negative).
