Hello,

It has been a few weeks now since I started. Just recently I've switched to bedtime instead of morning as I was falling asleep with the Nooracetam.

I take everything listed once a day. I'm wondering what else I should add.

50 mg DHEA (Jarrow Formulas)

100 mcg Huperzine A (Source Naturals)

100 mg DMAE (Twinlab)

800 mg NooRacetam (Life Link)

250 mg brahmi (Himalaya)

Triple Mushroom Complex = 200 mg Maitake - 200 mg Reishi - 200 mg Shiitake (Swanson)

500 mg Lion's Mane Mushroom (Swanson)

600 mg Cordyceps Sinensis (Swanson)

88 mg Saffron Extract (Only Natural)

100 mg 5 HTP (NOW)

1 g MSM (Swanson)

1 g Garlic (Natures Bounty)

650 mg Inositol (Swanson)

1 tablet "Exec B's"= B Vitamins with Zinc & Magnesium (Blackmores)

Multivitamin plus fish oil (Cenovis) <----- Just ran out, actually could use recommendation for replacement

-----------------------------------------------------------

1 Kale, Garlic, Ginger & Banana Shake..

There is no 1 specific goal. Just enhancing everyday life and living better in the future.

Between the Exec Bs and the multi, I worry that you're getting too much artificial folate. You probably only need a partial dose of the multi, assuming a reasonable diet. The shake helps.

With this vision, it's easy to take too many supplements. You will also be more susceptible to taking useless supplements since you'll always think "why not improve that too??

What are your other activities? workout? meditate? do you socialize? how's your sex life? how's your diet?

These are more likely to give you a great life and are the basis of it.
