Hi all, I'm new here, learned and lurked around in this forum after studying Aubrey De Gray and anti-aging. Anyway, I'm 25 and I'm going through a very serious life crisis, I'm a very maladjusted adult whos having a really hard time adjusting to the grown-up world because of my past life. I have severe social anxiety that makes it hard for me to do normal friendly things like make eye contact for long amounts of time in crowds and severely interferes with my work and relationships. This is due a lot to a very strict religious upbringing in which my family raised me in a very controlling cult/sect and continues to hold it over my head as I start my own life. This has resulted in extreme impairments in my day to day life, however, I've been making effort, am earning my second degree from a local college, and working at the same college part time. I have Attention deficit disorder, and it really interferes with fulfulling my classwork assignments and duties and it is very easy for me to get distracted and go on a tangent doing other things. I have a very lacking love-life, just went through a recent breakup, and I feel I may even have traces of borderline/narcissistic personality disorder. I was researching Nootropics, and stacks, and I started a basic stack I could afford which is Fish oil, Aniracetam, and CDP choline.I know its not an anti-depressant, but I seem to be enjoying life more, rediscovering old hobbies, and just generally felt more comfortable with myself. I was researching the effects of spiritual abuse, parental abuse, and emotional abuse in general and read that it and the resulting depressions may drastically shrink/hurt your hippocampus.(?) I consider myself a damaged person but I've never took prescription antidepressants and I'm now only doing my research. So what substances have been known to help encourage growth in the hippocampus? What things can I do to actually start enjoying a real world social life again, and would you recommend counselling? Any other drugs and noots that can help reverse the effects of abuse? One last thing is I ordered the ani from SmartDrugsForThought.com and I don't trust if it's pure, plan to save the last pill and have it sent for analysis. Does anyone here know if they're legit? Sorry for advertising a site if it's against the rules. Thanks everyone for their time.

Try adding oxiracetam I heard it vastly improves memory.

Oxiracetam does improve memory, but like all nootropics the chemical alone can't do all the work. You have to put a lot of effort in. I feel that they are like lubricants: drive a car that is low on oil 1000 miles; it will probably get you there, but not as well as a car that just had an oil change. Sleep. Drink water. Eat whole foods high in vitamins and minerals. Make smoothies from fruits and veggies. Run. Do pressups.
In terms of that website that you linked to, I'm not 100% sure either. Their branding made me laugh!! Piracetam is "Neuro Boost", Oxiracetam is "Neuro Wave", and Pramiracetam is "Neuro Vortex"!!! Not sure if that makes any sense. Instead of them try a good bulk supplier, like new star nootropics or nootrabiolabs, or relentless improvement if you really need your powder capped.
