Here's my stack I'm about to start using regularly:
- Piracetam ~1g b/d = 2g/daily
- Pramiracetam ~1.5g b/d = 3g/daily
- Aniracetam ~1.5g b/d = 3g/daily
- Oxiracetam ~1.5g b/d = 3g/daily
- Noopept ~10mg b/d = 30mg/daily
- Sulbutiamine ~1mg daily
- Phenibut ~3g WEEKLY/FORTNIGHTLY (PRN)
- Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract - 5ml/daily
- Nicotine - 10-15mg/daily (10-15 smokes a day)
- Caffeine ~300-700mg/daily (3-8 cups of coffee)
- Vitamin B Complex - 1 Daily
- Wild Krill Oil - 3 daily
- Multivitamin
I will post how I go with this high level regimen as I progress. Feel free to offer comments, tips, advice or criticism's on this stack.

You are taking too much pramiracetam. Initially you could use 300mg or so, but once you've been taking it for a while, 150mg should be more than enough. Oxiracetam works by itself or with piracetam, it doesn't go well with the other racetams (reduced effects). You can easily cut your dose of aniracetam in half. And even then, you could cut it down even more. Sulbutiamine's effect wears off very quickly. I think you can only go a few days per week before you have to take some time off (no more until the next week). I wish you'd stop smoking, there are better ways, and all the other supplements/nootropics you are taking will help you to move on. I'm not a fan of caffeine either, but whatever. I think some ALCAR would be more than sufficient for an energy boost. And with all the racetams you are taking, you probably need choline. Maybe 250-500mg CDP-choline would do. Maybe add Milk Thistle to help your liver, and drink a lot more water?
