I found this rare disorder known as cat eye syndrome.

As you can see the woman in this video has a syndrome called CES.

Usually the gene mutation leads to a deformed iris. Her seems symmetrical which gives an interesting cosmetic effect.

I am wondering if there's any more different "cool" genetic variations of human nature?

There are around 2000 monogenic (aka single gene) or well characterized genetic diseases. You can find them at OMIM.

I am looking for variations that would have an advantage, like excess strength, agility and other "weird" abilities.

As far as I know, there are two well-known and well-replicated variants for excess abilities:

1) rs1815739 - If you have CC there, then you have the basic prerequisite to be a sprinter or a power weight lifter.

2) rs121918116 - If you have one A there, then you will have 50% higher oxygen carrying capacity. This is a rare mutation. If you have it, you have a huge advantage to be a cyclist or an endurance runner.
