What do you guys think about R for someone that might have metabolic syndrome (high fasting glucose)?

Also, http://www.scienceda...21025122425.htm - Opinions?

I think it's impossible to conclude anything from that study. So 75mg of resveratrol didn't improve the insulin sensitivity of healthy women, well... Come on... If you don't have a headache and take a gram of tylenol. Will you be able to say if it is real or a placebo? If anything they should have tested the effect in people with impaired insiulin sensitivity.

Totally agree.

R seems to improve insulin resistance as low doses, so I'm trying to find a source that isn't 500+.. any suggestions?

Buy in powder form, and with the money saved buy a milligram scale to measure out your desired dose. beyond-a-century dot com sells a digital scale for around $30.
