I have hear somewhere on the forum that combining the two nootropics I mentioned above can lead to too much acetylcholine, and then end up increasing your dopamine levels too much and then leaving you drained at the end. is this true.I remember a relationship between taking the two and too much acetyl activity?

I would recommend cycling them, instead of taking both at the same time try taking one on one day, and the other the next. Or perhaps try taking Alpha-GPC at night, and CDP choline again in the morning. As far as I know only CDP will increase dopamine receptor activity.

I took Alpha-GPC in the morning, followed by CDP-Choline in the afternoon and I got
some serious neck aches from choline overdose.

I would stick with one or the other and rotate after weeks or months of use.
