I took a 4 or 5 mushroom blend that was grown on an adaptogenic herb blend (talk about quality and science in one product)

not sure about mTOR but i usually always sick for 1-2 weeks a year during winter. at least 3-5 days at the least, i went 2.5 years without getting sick at all until i stopped taking it, without any other significant changes to diet or exercise, I also feel adequate green and red powders helped.
