Before following in Angelina Jolie's bra cups women should look at natural ways of preventing and treating breast cancer. A hundred years ago, cancer was an anomaly. Today it is common. Why? Because of chemicals in the environment and food supply. Eating a healthful diet low in sugar and avoiding chemicals, especially pesticides, are good steps towards cancer prevention. Avoid hydrogenated oil. Avoid fabric softeners and room scents/air fresheners. They are toxic. Use cleaning and laundry products from the health food store. Don't put anything in your lungs that isn't air. Even if it is natural, your lungs aren't designed to breathe foreign substances. Don't smoke either cigarettes or marijuana. Eat a steamed green vegetable every day. Exercise. Avoid artificial sweeteners, even "natural" ones. Avoid sodas, including diet sodas. Don't drink too much or take recreational drugs. Look for non-drug solutions to your health problems where possible. If it agrees with you, drink hot plain green tea.

The reality is that toxins in your body may look for a place to go and cause trouble. If you actually remove part of your body, they can go somewhere else. Cancer isn't as mysterious as some would have it. Go to the cabinet under your kitchen sink and put that toxic stuff in a box and get rid of it, safely. Same with the toxic crap in the garage or garden shed. There are better solutions for most of it at the health food store or organic garden store. Call your local health department and ask where to take the toxic stuff.

In Chinese medicine, cold food and drinks are bad for your health. You can give yourself a leg up by drinking hot or room temperature drinks and eating a hot breakfast. For more on Chinese medicine and how it can help you, go here:

Even if you get cancer, it can be treated effectively with Chinese Medicine.

Jolie statistically had an 87% chance of getting breast cancer PLUS a 50% chance of getting ovarian cancer. That is sobering. When you receive a diagnosis like this, you do whatever you have to do to stay alive. Then you can mess around with avoiding cold drinks and fabric softener.

I understand that that the 87% chance may not be true according to Steve Pieczenik MD who spoke recently on Coast to Coast radio. He has an MD from Cornell University. If you take toxic things into your body, they will find a place to be so removing body parts doesn't actually work. Yes, you should to things to stay alive. The right things.

From Coast to Coast AM's website:

Pieczenik . . . echoed Mike Adam's . . . warning against women getting preventative bilateral mastectomies based on a BRCA genetic test, noting how there is no correlation between the occurrence the BRCA gene and cancer. . . .

Sorry, I stopped heading at the headline, "CIA & Mind Control". A quick web search suggests that Pieczenik is indeed a doctor (psychiatrist) but he's also a conspiracy theorist and a flake.

Also the 87% figure she was given may not be strictly based on her BRCA1 or BRCA2 status, but also partly on her family history or other genetic markers.

EXPOSED: Angelina Jolie part of a clever corporate scheme to protect billions in BRCA gene patents, influence Supreme Court decision (opinion)

One wonders how this guy was able to write this story, with all the hyperventilating he must have been doing. But even though he throws in his own unsupported risk factor, then subtracts the average woman's odds of getting breast cancer even though that is irrelevant (since Jolie would be largely protected against that risk as well), he was still only able to get down to a 43% increased chance of breast cancer, which is still a helluva high risk.

But truly offensive is his statement that Angelina's Jolie's announcement was part of a "well-planned corporate P.R. campaign" to inflate corporate profits. Really? I wonder what the going sponsorship rate is to have a major movie star cut off her breasts?

I think the most preventable way is to simply look at the causing factors contributing in your lifestyle and just balance accordingly.

Also, hormones do play a large part Breast Cancer, which could also be looked at in regulating these. The pesticides is a highly debated issue at the moment as i have read both reports saying they are fine, as well as they are not.

This is an interesting article stating the epigenetic risk factors in multiple factors that can attribute for both acute and prolonged health effects of pesticides. As far as cannabis, i have also read articles that ROA is a great possibility in fighting cancer and preventing it, such as eating it.

I would also like to point out that i think processed foods and cooking at high temperatures for long periods of time also carry risks, so these could be avoided or avidly avoided depending on your situation.

There's no valid science that clears pesticides here.
