I want one that does not mess with serotonin. I've tried straterra and it did jack for me. According to 23andme (prometheus addon) I do not metabolize wellbutrin or modafinil. I feel nothing from them actually, but benefit greatly from an NRI like ginkgo extract. Any ideas on other potent selective NRIs?

not personally, no, though I don't react very well to increased adrenergic activity

NRIs tend not to be effective for depression in studies.

Reboxetine is pretty much your only option for sNRI's.
However Pregabalin, Piracetam or a beta blocker are likely to be of more use to you.

Why do you say that tom? What would piracetam or pregabalin do?

Fludrocortisone is the first line therapy according to most texts but its an unpleasant drug. Beta-blockers are as effective and come with a lot less side effects but do on occasion worsen symptoms.
Bupropion is certainly a possibility although SS/NRI's are more effective.
Piracetam is the great cerebral blood flow enhancer - of obvious use since that is the cause of the vertigo.
Pregabalin in simple terms reduces noradrenaline so the heart rate doesn't get as high.
Equally important is leg (especially calf) and abdominal training exercises, starting where ever you can manage. If you can 20 mins on a bike and 30 seconds plank twice a day would be really good. I'm sure you know about drinking a butt load of water every day as with intake of electrolytes and salt. Drinking a liter of sports drink and a liter of water a day would be great. You can also use pressure stockings and the like.

Pseudoephedrine and ephedrine are generally cheaply available at pharmacies, and they're rather effective. However they're technically norepinephrine releasing agents, not pure reuptake inhibitors.
Additionally, if you're interested in increasing norepinephrine synthesis, there's always L-DOPS.
