That's somewhat of an unusual choice. Do you mind explaining your rationale, because beyond subjective thinking, I think many would hesitate to rank him among the "greatest."

It’s often said that most philosophers suffer from Asperger's syndrome or Asperger disorder. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I don't know what "the greatest" can mean... but, in relation with this forum, I would say that Nietzsche gave a definition to the transhumanism even before this word exists (with the idea of surhuman and the Wille zur Macht -not speaking about the book which was written by his nazi sister).
