Hi Guys!

i´m taking Noopept now for 6 days and i´m experiencing some severe brainfog. Any clue where it comes from, and what i can do about it?

Thanks a lot!

PD: I´m taking Omega 3s and Lecithin with it.

Dose? Frequency? Source you got it from?

I´m taking SJW too, and i just read that i´m overdosing it. I´m taking about 2-3 grams daily, while recommended dose is 900mg.
I´m having some issues with my eyes too, like some photosensitivity.

Ack, I'd definitely back off the SJW, that is a pretty high dose. I would taper it off slowly over a week tho.

After you're off the SJW, I would stop taking the Noopept and SJW for a couple weeks, then try the Noopept again. Maybe start just at 10mg 2x a day. Some respond well at that dose.

Me personally, taking more than 60mg in a day results in brain fog. But 10mg 3x a day is a my sweet spot. YMMV

Hi fellow noopept user here, and also currently have my own headache to deal with right now haha. Generally with racetams, when getting headaches/brainfog, its best to supplement with Choline since racetams burns through your them quickly. Noopept is pretty powerful too so probably start off with less like 10 mg orally twice a day is recommended dosage. If you take it sublingually or too much the effect may be too strong. Perhaps consider cycling it if it continues. But yes choline, some fats like eggs, lots of water and rest may help. In fact I'm going to do that right now!

Been taking noopept for about three months at around 10-50mg a day.
Short terms effects minutes after dosage is the clear vivid vision I get, however this effect does not last more than 30 minutes.

After a while with noopept I have experienced a very significant lessened sense of awareness however multiple folds increase
in concentration. This personally has affected my multi-taking abilities.
In my opinion alertness and concentration are two very opposite things and a heightened sense of concentration from noopept can be mistaken
for brain fog. I've read that users experience brain fog at a high dose but I believe it is just a higher surge of concentration. Another problem is that it can be much more difficult to focus socially when dealing with a fast pace conversation as transitioning between subjects can be difficult.

Before noopept I used to procrastinate out of work every few minutes, gradually putting in more effort as I'm running out of time.
Now it is possible, if I were to get started on something, to be able to work more efficiently without changing song every half minute.

Effects other has documented about such as less anxiety in social conditions I believe is due to being not as able to notice everything going on around them.
Another common report of noopept is users taking in more vast and complex vocabulary and I can say that I've surprised myself with
some of the newer words I've been using when speaking to people.

Keep taking noopept and try to differentiate whether you are actually having brain fog or a higher sense of concentration !
