I am currently taking a Source Natural Life Force Multiple multivitamin 4 times a day, as the directions suggest. The vitamin has quite the list of nutrients which is what compelled me to buy it in the first place. Can anyone take a look at the contents and comment on the usefulness of this product? Is there anything in there I shouldn't be taking or that can cause side effects? Anything missing that should be in a good multi? Do the forms have good bioavailability? I haven't noticed any negative side effects from this product but I don't think I've noticed any positives either. I just want to be sure I am taking a good multi. If anyone has any suggestions of a better multi please let me know. Here is the Amazon link to the product, complete with pictures of the label:

Thanks!

If you're a guy, I'd pick one without iron.  This one is only 6mg, and appears to be a chelated form, so that's not as bad as it could be.  This multi has 3mg of manganese.  That's more than I'd want.  It also has DMAE, choline, a half a mg of me-b12, ALA, NALT, resveratrol, bioperine... kind of a kitchen sink of things that some people have problems with.  I'd prefer a multi that was more minimal.

Ohh whoops! Actually I do have the one without iron, I'm going to edit the link in the opening post. But I agree with you about the other supplements like DMAE, choline, etc. That is my biggest concern with this product. Do you have any suggestions for a better multi?

EDIT: huh it appears I can't edit the opening post. Anyways here is the new link: http://www.amazon.co...=source natural
