It's been awhile since I've done research for OTC supplements.. However I am sure a lot of you are very up in the research of latest good and bad supplements... Some of the thing I am aiming to focus on is

~ General Health: As I am fasting and I am sure I am not getting enough minerals, vitamins and such

~ Fiber/Gut Health: I just want the insurance of having proper bowels.. For some reason if I am able to release a big load of bowel I feel mentally-content....

~ Joints: I used to super-dose Omega-3 but  however I believe it does more harm than good so I hear things like Sulfur/Silicon/SAM-e/Systemic-Enzymes can work

~ OTC Pain-killer/Inflammation reducer: So Curcumin, Neprinol/Wobenzyme

~ Skin

However I am seeking to see what Multi-Vitamin is actually decent? One of my old friend's highly suggest to take Prenatal Douglas Lab. Multi-Vitamins

I am still unsure why LEF Multi-Vitamins are so expensive for 25 servings @ $90...

For joints my friend mentioned these were his top!

~

Arthur Andrew Medical, Neprinol AFD, Advanced Fibrin Defense, 500 mg, 300 Capsules
Wobenzym, Wobenzym N, Healthy Inflammation and Joint Support, 800 Enteric-Coated Tablets
Chlorella
Serrapeptase/Curcumin

Does his joints well

Thanks all :)
