Hey everyone. I've been researching noots for almost a year, and I've come to the conclusion that it is best avoided (doesn't work on everyone, tolerance after several month usage, too expensive to experiment on what works and what doesn't). Now, I picked up a supplement from GNC called "Preventative Solutions Brain Health Formula", which contains a host of great ingredients such as Rhodinia Rosea, Bacopa, Ginkgo, Phosphatidylserine, ALCAR, etc. But, two ingredients worry me a bit. One is Huperzine A, the other is L-Tyrosine. Now, the Huperzine A shouldn't be too bad, since its only 33mcg, but the latter worries me a bit more. It contains 500mg, and it seems to have a bad rep here. Is it dangerous to take everyday on weekdays, weekends off? What about the Huperzine A? Thanks for the help!

PS. I've noticed better focus, drive and verbal articulation has increased, not to mention memory.
