You should check out phenylalanine and tryptophan. Phenylalanine is a precursor to dopamine and tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin. I've been thinking of a heavy amino acid supplemental regime.

I've been thinking of a heavy amino acid supplemental regime.

I would limit the tyrosine, tryptophan, taurine, glutamine, & a few others.  One of my friends takes a tiny dose of aminos twice a day, and for a guy who works at GNC he's actually kinda smart.  The other guys are about as bright as a tree stump

this is an okay one, https://www.biocare....rum-amino-acids, but i would still shop around a bit.

finasteride is total hogwash, you can stop that and take control over DHT naturally with those 5-hydroxy inhibitors (green tea, sal palmetto, reishi, zinc, black pepper, etc).  maybe ginger and magnesium to promote test production.  i was reading area's thread and he suggested a metabolite of DHT, a step further in the ladder, is what has the anxiolytic, gabaergic effects.  it might also have the hair loss effects too, who knows

I just take Taurine, Glycine, L-Theanine, Phenylalanine, and Tryptophan. They have such a wide range of effects that supplementing with them can probably fix a lot of problems people have.

To OP; i went through a TMS therapy for depression/high anxiety and it did absolutly nothing.

They made me stop xanax one week before beginning the therapy.

I made it in a french hospital and paid nothing.

Be sure to read about others' experiences before spending that much money as it might be

useless like it was for me.

The US prices are crazy, you're dealing with thieves ! I also went (unsuccessfully) under

a 8 infusions' ketamine therapy in Germany and i paid 1200 euros when it's usually 800 dollars per infusion

in United States...

i too came back from 3 weeks of TMS and it did absolutely nothing. it was physically very painful for me, and indirectly it actually increased my anxiety - each time i heard the sound that the machine emits right before it hits, i had a feld a brief flash of panic.
