so these are critical for thyroid function. They are found in multivitamins/multiminerals but in low doses. Has anyone experimented with these? I would expect high body temperature, faster metabolism, euphoria, less depression and many more things from them.

Are there any other vitamins/minerals important in thyroid function besides these two that  Iforgot to mention?

Also funny story most of you guys will think i am crazy but hear me out.

So there was a youtube video of this man that had worked with the goverment and he had met Aliens  yes aliens.. and they were visiting earth in secret and they were in contact with the goverment. Anyway this man he said the Aliens had an weapon which could be used on humans to easily kill them incase a human decided to attack them or something.. how this weapon worked was it shot something on you and it would deplet your body on all the IODINE you have and you would collapse immediatly and die.. Now why did I tell this story? This tells the importance of Iodine and how big of an effect it can have. If aliens had a machine solely for depleting iodine it must be a important Vitamin/mineral!!!!!!!!!!!!!

´´a fairly well respected doc in the iodine field, is Dr. Brownstein, he says " We have tested over 6,000 patients and found the vast majority significantly low in iodine. "´´

Well, potassium iodide, selenium, pregnenolone. Latter 2 increase activity of 5ht2a so not good for serotonin sensitive people but all 3 supplements increase thyroid hormone levels and T3 is anti-serotonergic so it seems to fix itself.

The result is increased energy, motivation but with no negative effect on sleep (to my knowledge).
