Hi,

I'm looking to increase my motivation, energy, focus and maybe even my creativity. I'm already trying to eat healthy, get plenty of sleep and exercise when i can... but are there any supplements that can help me? Could you suggest to me what i should read into? The nootropics thread index overwhelmed me.

Thanks in advanced for any helping suggestions and hello from Australia :)

Piracetam + CDP Choline gave me motivation, focus and general feel-good; coupled with a subtle cognitive boost.

What works for me besides the usual suspects (i.e., diet, exercise, sleep) is low-dose DHEA (15 mg daily)
and Mucuna (1 capsule every other day, no weekends) for motivation, energy, positive mood, etc.

I've tried a variety of mucuna products and for me the Tattvas brand is by far the best:

For DHEA, I take the Life Extension brand:

YMMV.

Is the mucuna something that builds up after a certain amount of time or do you notice effects more quickly. Does tolerance build up?
