I believe that artificial intelligence will power enterprises like chacha.com or search.wikia.com, in a sense that they (virtual robots) will help humans with their search, using semantic or natural language search engines for chacha.com or search.wikia.com, these corps are currently run by humans, but if we can produce artificial humans in the internet world, able to evoluate, progress, improve with time, acquire knowledge, they would become a nice team for these companies.
so I believe AI teams will be Web 4.0
yahoo answer + ask jeeves + google + wikipedia = web 2.0
powerset.com + trueknowledge.com + chacha.com = web 3.0
AI teams + humans = web 4.0
