HI.
I think it would be uncomfortable to wear a sleep tracking advice on my body while sleeping.
Therefore, are there any sleep tracking advices that you don't have to wear, but that will still track your sleep?
Thanks for answering

I really like the Sleep Cycle app but have concerns about sleeping with my phone inches from my head and plugged in all night. That's the primary reason I'm curious about the UP24. Anyone have any thoughts on the importance of EMF and sleep?

I agree EMFs by your head for +8 hours just seems like a disaster to me... However if you used the sleep apps just a few times a week or when you wanted to test a factor maybe not such a bad idea...

Anymore thoughts about this?

I have since stopped using sleep cycle and wear an UP24 band. It's just as good as sleep cycle for sleep tracking and I enjoy the other aspects of the band as well. I have also recently heard about the beddit band, that seems to function very similar to an accelerometer bracelet but it is a strap that attaches to the bed itself.
I don't know if this idea is justified but I am much less concerned about a blue tooth device on my writs than having my cell phone by my head all night. The Up24 has been great so far.

My understanding is that the UP24 is just the latest version of the UP band. I did some research and liked the 24 more than the previous UP but I believe the differences were subtle.

The jawbone up doesn't use bluetooth.
Except for Jawbone Up are there any other devices that does not use bluetooth?
