Now I’ve been using:
- 3 gram creatine
- ashwagandha
- maca (lepidium meyeni)
- omega 3
- d3
- sulbutiamine (but it gives me weird feeling - propably due to d1 and d2 sensetization)
- magnesium citrate
- phenylpiracetam (just im case - not everyday)
I’ve used noopept, but i’ve experienced too much loss of memory - 2x20mg sublingual. Also now i have creatine - so I stoppped noopept. I have also caffeine and l-tyrosine for the gym. What shoud I add for better memorizing? Thx for helping
