Hey everyone,
My friend has just had cataract surgery and has to either lie on her back or sit for a few weeks at a 45-degree angle.
Huh! Yikes! What should she do to keep herself amused? Right now, she's only allowed to eat meals a few times a day from her bed for a few minutes, etc. Apart from that, she's trapped. So, she's flat on her back, bed-bound.
I've always been dreaming for the blind about podcasts/books on tape/music/books from the national library. She has a JAWS device computer (a screen reader) and access to the internet. Has anyone in this board have any ideas regarding some entertainment activities which I could offer for her. Any plans are welcome.
