I am now taking up cinnamon in my daily routine, but moderation is key here. Coumarin is a powerful bloodthinner and Wikipedia mentions esp. the Cassia variety of cinnamon as high in coumarin. Some countries restrict the amount of cinnamon that is used in bakeware.
I am interested to learn the experiences of those who have been taking cinnamon capsules regularly for blood glucose regulation.
