i have followed a strict dietary regimen for the past 5 or 6 years that i believe has helped, at least in part, maintain nearly wrinkle-free facial skin in my early 30's.
despite having "young" looking skin in some ways, i have relatively large pores and am very prone to fungal seb derm outbreaks.
i use nothing topically on my skin whatsoever as it is quite sensitive, but i would like to begin using a mild facial cleanser and perhaps exfoliator. i would prefer something with no fragrance (as i am sure most here would recommend in the first place) and minimal chemicals.
any ideas?
