I take both. But I have a funky routine that I've mentioned before and only slightly modified since to include NMN. I dissolve ~1g NR in dH2O (there is some loss), filter a nice amber liquid that is not saturated, then dissolve perhaps 600mg NMN and use that intranasal few squirts every now and then throughout the day. Does it work? No idea, maybe. By all measures except the wallet, it doesn't seem to be hurting. I'm not looking for any specific outcome and I'm not attempting to address any specific health concern however. But outside of my gray racing stripes, so far so good
And I concur with Oakman, too much in the evening has disrupted my ability to fall asleep in the past.
