Hello, i have not menaged to find any strong stimulant without tolerance. the only good target that i have found is adenosine 2a.

a2a antagonists are being tested as new parkinson treatment [1] and pretty much any parkinson drugs is a possible stimulant for healthy (l-dopa, mao inhibitors ecc.)

caffeine is a a2a antagonist, but its short-term effect and lack of selectivity (a1 antagonism cause tolernace overtime [2]) makes it pretty much useless for me.

teacrine seemed good, but it has no real stimulation and ruins my sleep (max 4-5 h while i take it in the morning)
