Haha, in reality I agree. Plus it is out in the middle of nowhere. It is probably worth less than 1% of that. I think it would be funny if someone bought one and put something that could fit on a space that small (about 10 sq. ft. for us non-metric using people) like a Port-a-Potty or something.Thats 162,000 dollars per acre.

I'd love to pool with a group of people and buy some land somewhere then either divide it up or use it for an agreed purpose.
