I used to eat beef 3-4 times a day and feel amazing. These days whenever i include beef just in my breakfast, i consistently wake up either 2 or 4 hours after falling asleep, and feel very groggy the next day. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is.
I have no issues eating a kilogram of chicken or pork per day. But even just a piece of red meat, and i will not be sleeping well that day. What's causing this issue?
