An easy an natural way to keep blood pressure low is through hibiscus tea and hibiscus supplements. When I started drinking the tea, my blood pressure went down 10 points. Some nutritionists advise to be careful because hibiscus is so efficient at lowering blood pressure. One can overdo it. I drink the tea three times per week.
