I take L Theanine in the morning, and melatonin at night to regulate my sleep.
I've been feeling down, and want to start using St Johns Wort. Is it safe to take 3 supplements that all effect serotonin?

Absolutely, and the biggest mistake people make with St Johns wort is not taking enough, you can safely take 3x the recommended amount and it will work better. In this case more is better.I take L Theanine in the morning, and melatonin at night to regulate my sleep.
