What is in all in one or Specific Supplements for me to take? Im an 18 years old male student and need to improve overall health.

mainly for cognitiveness-Focusing, IQ-Intelligence and Memory.

Name the top Brands for me please and thank you.

This isn't enough information for anyone to make more than a very generic answer. What exactly is the problem? Do you have a deficit, or are you looking for enhancement? Are you willing to possibly modify your lifestyle in order to get adequate nutrition, exercise, and sleep?

The only "recommend" supplement that I could say that you should take is some type of fish oil, unless you eat seafood twice a week. Other than that it all depends.
