We would basically work to convince groups like these to join us:
-Coalition to Extend Life spans, lobby site
-Campaign for Aging research, conservative site
-Longevity meme, news on the cause
-Accellerating Future, news on the cause
-SENS Foundation, an avenue of research,
-Methuselah Foundation,
-Singularity Institute, AGI with an indefinite life extension lean
-Novamente, AGI with an indefinite life extension lean
-H+
(more such web sites as suggested)
They could join us in the forum. Each one could have a section and the details could be worked out from there.
-We could then also find other longevity sites that dont have enough of a lean toward indefinity, convince them, then give them a section. This would allow us to meme to them, get their insight, and get their built in membership and viewer bases.
-I think we should also do this, try this, with a critical thinking/free thinking web site or two. It would add more critical thinkers to our mix, which is a great asset, and also allows us to meme to their built in crowds and member bases. I mean imagine, by giving a free forum space we could potentially add thousands of critical thinkers to the forums.
-We can then also create other another banner under which to run ImmInst functions. It could be syndicated with ImmInst, run by ImmInst, it would be the exact same as ImmInst, it could be with in the ImmInst section. The main names that I, and others, recommend are Indefinity Institute, ReinHelix, (an acronym of sorts for, "Requisite, or Research, for Indefinite Healthy Life Extension"), LEEEP, or some form of a random array of descriptive, accurate words like, "Unlimited Lifespans Foundation" or "Indefinite Life Extension Institute". Such a section doesnt have to be added though.
If we get did end up getting a bunch of these other organizations to have their own sections here, that they link to from a "forums" tab on their web pages, then we could call this network the "Longevity Communities Network". I forget who came up with that, but I suggest we go with that if we do to avoid a drawn out name discussion. Another alternative could be to have no name for this network. The point of this is to see if we can get all these organizations and people on one page and collaborate more and strengthen our forces.
