Please help me be healthy, and also have some energy for the next 3/4 years.
Recently I have decided to go back to school and learn something useful (math).
I should just barely be able to afford my fees and such, but it will be tight.
I have been practising now the diet I hope to have next year, in terms of best for cheapest.
As a pescatarian I decided to go with big batches of lentil/chick pea/oatmeal stuff that I would make and freeze for uber cheapness, and low gi.
Recently I have been thinking it is healthier to go v. low carb, I was wondering how to implement this on the cheap.
If you could make me some recommendations that would be great!
