I run Rosetta@Home exclusively now on my 3 computers. I think the project is starting to produce some interesting results. I was watching the journal updates and a bit curious since it's been about 4 months since last update. Glad to hear the good news, I'll keep running Rosetta. Basically, the way I see it:
1. If you have a fast GPU or PS3 -> Run FAH
2. If you have a slow or unsupported GPU -> run Rosetta
By the way, remember a few years ago where we were sending in dirt samples for the LysoSENS project to look for enzymes that could break down lysomal aggregates? If Rosetta provides accurate simulation, couldn't this all potentially be done on computer? If so, seems like we could knock out two of the SENS strands.

i suggest placing it on the Rosetta message board ,maybe one of the research scientists will know and answer back

Yeah...I'd say FAH has completed a more impressive computational feat -- pulling computing power from video game systems and GPUs. They may have even discovered more scientific knowledge. But I think it's pretty clear that Rosetta@Home is delivering more practical breakthroughs given less computational support. So I'll stick with Rosetta at least for now.

i would not think of leaving rosetta @ home
