Dear All,
I'm trying to soak up as much practical life-extension information as I can. Already I have read a very informative book called Brain Longevity, and someone just gave me a copy of The Anti-Aging Plan. This forum has also provided me with a multitude of topics to research and ponder (thanks).
I am planning to borrow the books listed below in order to really map out an anti-aging and life enhancement plan for myself and a few friends (I'm just going to show them my own plan. We are all going to consult a doctor we know.). The purpose is to understand the biology of aging from a layperson's perspective and apply this understanding to the synthesis of my nutrition and supplementation plans. What I might be missing is a practical guide to daily nutrition. Please let me know if you have read any good books for this purpose. And if you know any good books on stress management, meditation, or organization, those should also be useful. I have taken 2 university biology courses and I completed a research postraduate degree in computer science, so I am hoping I will be able to handle the more scientific books. I don't know if I need some kind of biology handbook/textbook to help me along.
Gracias amigos
