Hello. I'm somewhat new to this sort of thing. I basically am taking a bunch of supplements and I have no idea if they are too much/too little/unneccessary. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroid and I am mostly trying to treat those symptoms (I am also on Levothyroxine). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
