I am very new to nootropics. I started on a simple stack:
Piracetam 800mg
Alpha GPC 300mg
L-Tyrosine 500mg
Omega 3 1500mg
Swiss Multivitamin - Formula 1
I took the Piracetam and Tyrosine before food in the morning. An hour later took the rest after breakfast.
About 40 minutes or so past and I felt a little pressure on the left frontal lobe. That turned into a headache. Not very uncomfortable but noticeable.
Before lunch I took another 800mg of Piracetam. The headache continued. Though I noticed it changed to the right frontal lobe.
The headache kept persisting. I read somewhere that ALCAR stacks well with Piracetam so I took a 700mg tablet after dinner. Within 30 minutes the headache was totally gone.
Does that mean I should stop the GPC or take ALCAR with every dose? Im not sure why ALCAR made the headache go away. Your assistance would be appreciated.
