Medications should only be a last resort. All the ones you list have horrible side effects. Behavior modification and anger management techniques, giving yourself timeouts, avoiding triggers, channeling aggression into constructive endeavors instead, etc., should be tried first.
For example, if online games make you mad, stop participating in them and find more calming pursuits.
I have stopped participation in a number of online activities that were ruining my mental health. I deleted Facebook. I stopped participating in discussion forums with trolls or petty censorship policies that would ruin my day. My life has been so much better since.
