I have tried cpd-choline ,it give me depression symptom ,
only lecithin that not give me depression and synergeric with Piracetam
music much more enjoyable , concentration really improve ,but when i have sign of choline inefficiency only .
When combine with Caffeine ,massive headache by lack of choline ,cpd-choline great for that situation maybe , because of lecithin is poor biovaility.
