Just wondering if you can provide a status update on the Piracetam + Metadoxine is going?

Woke up pretty early today and took all of my supplements. I did only two sessions of yoga today. Read a little bit on nootropics and other things. Also got engaged earlier today. :)

Did a 15 minute yoga session for the spine. I practiced my breathing in the process. My mood is better and my body feels great. Not as much irritation as before.

Woke from a nap not too long ago and took Tianeptine (30mg), Idebenone (500mg), and Centrophenoxine (250mg). Did yoga for 10 minutes, then I took Ubiquinol (100mg). Now I'm going to rest.

Just got done doing some yoga for 10 minutes. I started my session today with a yoga app. Took centrophenoxine (250mg) just a few minutes ago. Feeling a bit more motivated, still feeling pretty okay.

Also forgot to mention that I've been feeling a sort of hyper sensation, or just intense bouts of energy. My body gets warmer in a quicker amount of time, especially outside in the cold. When inside, I'm constantly having to take off my blanket then wrap back up. My cognition only seems to be getting better slightly, but it is getting there. Another thing to mention is that my sense of taste and smell have improved significantly. I do smoke cigarettes, by the way.

Took Sam-E (200mg) and ALCAR (400mg) a little while ago. Took Tianeptine (30mg) upon awakening, and Idebenone (250mg) a little after. Have been feeling more tired than usual lately, and it's been bugging me. I feel a little more awake now. I still can't focus on reading properly. I also had trouble staying asleep. I've been feeling more irritation, but more motivation as well.
