Charles Brenner, a science adviser for Cromadex, was recently interviewed for 50 minutes by 'Live Long and Master Aging'. Brenner discussed:

1) How a lack of NAD+ pushes the damaged heart further into heart failure.

2) He knows the results of how people with both heart failure respond to NR and diabetics respond - two separate trials - but can't talk about the results yet.

3) He says he raised his dose to 500 mg from the 250 mg dose that he mentioned in December 2016.

4) He says he has lost "2 inches on my waist, which is great".

I feel that information such as this from recognized authorities on the subject should be pinned to the top (if such a thing is possible in this forum) so that newcomers can find it more easily. I'd much prefer that newcomers to the science of NAD+ supplementation get this kind of information first, before diving into the rest of our banter.
